Due to the nature of our products being food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.

No Refund Policy
Refunds are not applicable for delivered orders, as pickles are perishable food products.
Damaged, Leaked, or Incorrect Products
We understand issues can sometimes occur during transit. If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A leaked jar
- An incorrect item
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos or videos of the product
- Your order number
After verification, we will offer an appropriate solution such as a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
No refund will be issued without proper proof.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
